Work

Head of Capital Markets at Jeeves, in house — the cross-border facility, the lender-facing reporting stack, and the autonomous agent described here.

Consulting on the side through BMSquared: capital, credit, data science and applied AI.

At home

An education framework for agents — give a bot a subject, a syllabus, practice and an exam, then keep the transcript. The hard parts are the grader, which can't be the student, and getting the agent to change its method instead of retrying the same one.

A weekly scout that reads new research and asks one question per paper: would this change anything we run, and which number would move. Most weeks the answer is no, which is the point.

Training

Trail running, mountaineering, and skiing as soon as there's snow. No race on the calendar — nothing registered, so the next start line is still a decision rather than a plan.

Not doing

Prediction markets. New side projects until the current ones have scoreboards.
